How to make an order
Using menu entries located in the lower part of this page choose the section you need. We recommend you to use the Google Chrome web browser, as it can help you to translate the page you need into your native language.
Add the desired items in the shopping cart and click on "Place an order" when adding the last item to the cart.
For step "1. To whom" choose “New user” and enter your details: name, e-mail, telephone number, additional data (if necessary).
For step "2. How to deliver" choose Russian Post or EMS Russian Post (express delivery but more expensive) and fill in your full address and postal code for delivery.
For step "3. How to pay" choose payment via Receipt for payment in the bank (transfer to our international bank account) or money transfer via KoronaPay Money Transfer.
After that press “Place an order”.
If all of the items you have ordered are available in stock, we will calculate the delivery price and will send you an invoice.

Ways of delivery
We deliver products all over the world from the Moscow warehouse "TUNING SPORT" using two methods:
1. Russian Post
Worldwide delivery of small and average sized items (maximum length – 105 cm or 41 inches). We will calculate the delivery price and contact you by e-mail after the ordering. After we send the order by Russian Post, you will receive an e-mail with the POSTAL ID of your shipment, which consists of 13 digits and looks like XX123456789XX. You can track your shipment by typing the ID on this website.
Expedited worldwide delivery of small and average sized items (maximum length – 150 cm or 59 inches). We will calculate the delivery price and contact you by e-mail after the ordering. After we send the order by EMS Russian Post, you will receive an e-mail with the POSTAL ID of your shipment, which consists of 13 digits and looks like XX123456789XX. You can track your shipment by typing the ID on this website.
How to get a discount
There is a progressive discount system for loyal customers of our online shop:
- Total purchase sum 20.000 RUB - 5% discount
- Total purchase sum 50.000 RUB - 10% discount
To participate in the progressive discount system all you have to do is simply make purchases in our online shop. Your personal progressive discount is given automatically as soon as the sum of your paid orders goes up to the next discount threshold.
You can always find out your current discount rate and the sum required for the next level in your account.
The progressive discount is active for all products in the "TUNING SPORT" online catalog. The progressive discount does not summarize with other discounts (special offers). The discount is always calculated from base price of the product.
